The priesthood of all believers

The unbiblical clergy/laity divide has served to disable the saints through the centuries.

Clergy laityAS the professing church approaches the end of the age the need for active ministry involving every believer is ever more critical.

The traditional division between clergy and laity which even the 16th-century Reformation didn't correct has served as a device of the enemy of God to disable and discourage the biblical priesthood of all believers.

An article written in 2009 in Sword magazine illustrates how punctuation and mis-translation of word has served to distort the biblical view of 'gifting' and 'service' (aka ministry).
